AC FIX Replacement for Refrigerant R1234yf

AC FIX is a next-generation refrigerant that replaces R1234yf refrigerant, used in automotive air conditioning systems since 2017. The AC FIX product is compatible with all vehicles that use R-1234yf.

AC FIX features and applications:

✔ Suitable for all vehicles with R-1234yf refrigerant.
✔ Quick application – refilling the air conditioning takes only 5 minutes.
✔ Non-toxic – safe for both humans and the environment.
✔ Mixes with both synthetic and mineral oils.
✔ Lower compressor wear and reduced fuel consumption.
✔ Eco-friendly – does not harm the ozone layer and does not contribute to climate change.
✔ The can contains oil necessary for proper air conditioning operation.

What makes the AC FIX refrigerant stand out?

Efficiency of the refrigerant – The AC FIX can contains 235g of refrigerant, which is equivalent to 470g of original R-1234yf. The lighter blend works more efficiently and puts less strain on the air conditioning system, resulting in lower energy consumption and longer component life.
Reusable On/Off can – The can with reverse thread allows you to control the refill process without any refrigerant loss. You can stop at any moment and safely store the can for later use.
Standard thread (11.5 mm) – The AC FIX can fits our reusable hose and hoses with a pressure gauge available on the market.
Oilincluded in the 3-in-1 products.
Safe for you, the system, and the environment – regular use protects the compressor, reducing the risk of failure. Our refrigerant, made from natural hydrocarbon gases, has no negative impact on the atmosphere.
Required accessories – The can and hose are sufficient to refill your car’s air conditioning via the LP port. If there is no LP port, an HP/LP adapter is required – available in our listings. No additional tools are needed!

INSTRUCTIONS
How to refill your car air conditioning yourself? In a few simple steps, you can restore your air conditioning and save over 70% on the cost of this service.
  1. Start the car engine, turn on the air conditioning to the minimum temperature and maximum airflow.
  2. Open the bonnet, find the low pressure port (marked LP).
  3. Turn the valve to the maximum so that the needle retracts into the centre and screw the hose to the can.
  4. Connect the prepared kit to the LP connector and turn the tank upside down.
  5. Slowly screw in the needles until gas starts to escape (CAUTION! Do not screw the needles in all the way, as this will release all the gas into the air conditioning system at once).
  6. Close the flow (by unscrewing the valve) when the pressure gauge reaches 40 psi.
  7. Disconnect the AC FIX kit from the LP connector in the car, unscrew the hose from the can (if there is still gas in the can, you can use it for the next recharge).
Pressure gauge readings
  • The pressure gauge indicates a pressure below 25 psi, which means that the pressure in the air conditioning system is too low. If the pressure in the air conditioning system is too low, add refrigerant until the pressure gauge reading is between 25 and 55 psi.
  • The pressure on the pressure gauge is between 25 and 55 psi - this means that the pressure in the air conditioning system is correct. This means that the air conditioning system is properly charged.
  • The pressure gauge indicates a value above 55 psi - this means that the pressure in the system is too high. If the pressure in the air conditioning system is too high, it must be reduced.

If you cannot find an LP port (11 mm in diameter) under the bonnet of your car, you can supplement the air conditioning system via the HP port (14 mm in diameter) using an LP/HP reducer/adapter available in our range. Examples of cars that require an LP/HP reducer/adapter include: Audi A4 B4 1994, Ford Fiesta 2007, Ford Galaxy 2009, Ford Transit 2009, Kia Ceed 2007, Nissan Qashqai 2015 and 2016, Mazda 2015, Mitsubishi Colt 2006, Renault Laguna 2, Renault Mégane 2, Renault Trafic 2, Renault Clio 2, Renault Espace 2, Renault Master 2, Renault Scenic 2, Renault Vel Satis 2.

The set includes an air conditioning filling hose and a hose with a pressure gauge and a quick connector for connection to the low pressure port marked LP (11 mm diameter). There are usually two ports for filling the air conditioning system (one marked LP with a diameter of 11 mm and the other marked HP with a diameter of 14 mm), but due to the design, the hose will only fit one LP port (with a diameter of 11 mm). This means that there is no risk of connecting the A/C FIX kit to the wrong port.

SAFETY MEASURES

Danger. Highly flammable gas. Contains gas under pressure; may explode if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. No smoking. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: seek medical advice. Eliminate all sources of ignition if safe to do so. Store in a well-ventilated place. Protect from sunlight. In case of ignition of escaping gas; do not extinguish. Contains (R)-p-mentha-1,8-diene. May cause an allergic reaction.
