Information on the right of withdrawal from a distance contract

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded on the Website within 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter by post or e-mail). You can send your statement, for example

in writing to the following address: Magazyn BSH, Taśmowa 1, 02-677 Warszawa

in electronic form via e-mail to the address: info@vithea.eu

A model withdrawal form is included in Annex No. 2 of the Consumer Rights Act and is also an annex to the Website Terms and Conditions. You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send information on the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, there will be no charge to you for this refund. We may withhold the refund until you have received the item or until you have provided us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.

Once you have received the purchased item, please return or hand it over to us at the following address: Zygmunta Vogla 2A, 02-963 Warsaw, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for depreciation of the item resulting from your use of the item other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The provisions of this notice relating to consumers shall apply from 1 January 2021 and, for contracts concluded from that date, also to a buyer who is a natural person and who concludes a contract directly related to his/her professional activity, where the content of the contract shows that, for that person, it is not of a professional nature, arising in particular from the object of his/her professional activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the central register and information on business activities.
