✔ 2x gas refill cans (R-134a replacement – 235 g each = 470 g total)
✔ 1x air conditioning refill hose with pressure gauge
✔ User manual

AC FIX GAS DESCRIPTION

✔ New generation refrigerant – R-134a replacement
✔ Natural hydrocarbon gas – safe for you, your vehicle and the environment
✔ Non-toxic, non-corrosive, does not damage the ozone layer

✔ Intuitive and easy to use

HOW TO CHECK THE PRESSURE?

1. Locate the low pressure port (marked LP) under the bonnet
2. Connect the hose with the pressure gauge
3. Read the pressure gauge:

Below 25 psi – pressure too low – refill the refrigerant
25–55 psi – pressure correct – no action required
Above 55 psi – pressure too high – must be reduced

ADVANTAGES OF THE AC FIX KIT

✔ Complete solution – gas and hose with pressure gauge included
✔ 100% safe for air conditioning systems
✔ Fast refilling – only 10 minutes

ADDITIONAL

✔ 1 can = 235 g of gas, equivalent to 626 g of R-134a refrigerant
✔ The kit contains 2 cans = a total of 470 g (equivalent to 1,252 g of R-134a refrigerant)

How to refill your car's air conditioning yourself? In a few simple steps, you can restore your air conditioning to full working order and save over 70% on the cost of this service.

  1. Start the engine, turn on the air conditioning to the minimum temperature and maximum airflow.
  2. Open the bonnet of your car, find the low pressure port (marked LP) and unlock it.
  3. Unscrew the valve on the hose with the pressure gauge and screw it onto the container with the refrigerant.
  4. Connect the prepared kit to the LP port and turn the container upside down.
  5. Turn the valve to pierce the container and start charging the product, slowly unscrewing the valve.
  6. Close the valve when the pressure gauge reaches 40 psi.
  7. Disconnect the kit from your car's LP port and enjoy efficient air conditioning*.

If you cannot find an LP port (11 mm in diameter) under the bonnet of your car, you can supplement the air conditioning system via the HP port (14 mm in diameter) using an LP/HP reducer/adapter available in our range. Examples of cars that require an LP/HP reducer/adapter include: Audi A4 B4 1994, Ford Fiesta 2007, Ford Galaxy 2009, Ford Transit 2009, Kia Ceed 2007, Nissan Qashqai 2015 and 2016, Mazda 2015, Mitsubishi Colt 2006, Renault Laguna 2, Renault Mégane 2, Renault Trafic 2, Renault Clio 2, Renault Espace 2, Renault Master 2, Renault Scenic 2, Renault Vel Satis 2.

The set includes an air conditioning filling hose and a hose with a pressure gauge and a quick connector for connection to the low pressure port marked LP (11 mm diameter). There are usually two ports for filling the air conditioning system (one marked LP with a diameter of 11 mm and the other marked HP with a diameter of 14 mm), but due to the design, the hose will only fit one LP port (with a diameter of 11 mm). This means that there is no risk of connecting the A/C FIX kit to the wrong port.
