HOW TO USE

Soak a dust-free swab with CLEANER and wipe over each nail. Apply successive layers of hybrid manicure: base, colour and top. When finished with the sticky dispersion layer, wipe the top with a cotton swab soaked in CLEANER until the dispersion layer is completely gone.
