Description

AC FIX Replacement for Refrigerant R134a/R12 3-in-1, Oil, Sealant, Gas

AC FIX 3-in-1 is a complete blend of high-quality oil and sealant that allows you to quickly and safely refill the air conditioning system in cars manufactured up to 2016. One can contains 235g net weight, which expands in the A/C system to the equivalent of 626g of original refrigerant. This means one can of AC FIX is enough to completely fill an air conditioning system with a 626g capacity. It’s a product designed for DIY maintenance – refill, seal, and lubricate the system in just 5 minutes!

AC FIX 3-in-1 combines the three most essential components:

Sealant seals leaks in the A/C system and extends its lifespan.
Oil lubricates the components of the A/C system, reducing friction and increasing the durability of parts.
Refrigerant gas restores cooling efficiency and can be mixed with original refrigerants.

These three substances ensure maximum compressor performance, so you can enjoy a fully functional A/C system without a trip to the workshop.

What makes AC FIX 3-in-1 refrigerant stand out?

Efficiency – One can of AC FIX contains 235g of refrigerant, equivalent to 626g of R134a or 705g of R12. The lighter blend works more efficiently and puts less strain on the A/C system, ensuring lower energy consumption and longer component life.
Reusable On/Off Can – The can with reverse thread lets you control A/C refilling without refrigerant loss. You can pause the process at any time and safely store the can for future use.
Standard Thread (11.5 mm) – The AC FIX can fits our reusable hose and most market-available hoses with a gauge.
Safe for you, your system, and the environment – Regular use protects the compressor and reduces the risk of failure, while our refrigerant made from natural hydrocarbon gases is environmentally friendly.
Required Accessories – The can and hose are enough to refill the A/C system via the LP port. If your car lacks an LP port, you will need an HP/LP adapter, available in our listings. No additional tools are needed!

How to refill the air conditioning system?

It’s easy! Go to the INSTRUCTIONS tab where we describe the entire process step by step. To refill through the LP port, you only need the can and a service hose everything is available in our offer!

IMPORTANT! If you can’t find the LP port (11 mm in diameter) under your car’s hood, you can refill the A/C system through the HP port (14 mm in diameter) using an LP/HP adapter – available in our product range.

INSTRUCTIONS
How to refill your car air conditioning yourself? In a few simple steps, you can restore your air conditioning and save over 70% on the cost of this service.
  1. Start the car engine, turn on the air conditioning to the minimum temperature and maximum airflow.
  2. Open the bonnet, find the low pressure port (marked LP).
  3. Turn the valve to the maximum so that the needle retracts into the centre and screw the hose to the can.
  4. Connect the prepared kit to the LP connector and turn the tank upside down.
  5. Slowly screw in the needles until gas starts to escape (CAUTION! Do not screw the needles in all the way, as this will release all the gas into the air conditioning system at once).
  6. Close the flow (by unscrewing the valve) when the pressure gauge reaches 40 psi.
  7. Disconnect the AC FIX kit from the LP connector in the car, unscrew the hose from the can (if there is still gas in the can, you can use it for the next recharge).
Pressure gauge readings
  • The pressure gauge indicates a pressure below 25 psi, which means that the pressure in the air conditioning system is too low. If the pressure in the air conditioning system is too low, add refrigerant until the pressure gauge reading is between 25 and 55 psi.
  • The pressure on the pressure gauge is between 25 and 55 psi - this means that the pressure in the air conditioning system is correct. This means that the air conditioning system is properly charged.
  • The pressure gauge indicates a value above 55 psi - this means that the pressure in the system is too high. If the pressure in the air conditioning system is too high, it must be reduced.

If you cannot find an LP port (11 mm in diameter) under the bonnet of your car, you can supplement the air conditioning system via the HP port (14 mm in diameter) using an LP/HP reducer/adapter available in our range. Examples of cars that require an LP/HP reducer/adapter include: Audi A4 B4 1994, Ford Fiesta 2007, Ford Galaxy 2009, Ford Transit 2009, Kia Ceed 2007, Nissan Qashqai 2015 and 2016, Mazda 2015, Mitsubishi Colt 2006, Renault Laguna 2, Renault Mégane 2, Renault Trafic 2, Renault Clio 2, Renault Espace 2, Renault Master 2, Renault Scenic 2, Renault Vel Satis 2.

The set includes an air conditioning filling hose and a hose with a pressure gauge and a quick connector for connection to the low pressure port marked LP (11 mm diameter). There are usually two ports for filling the air conditioning system (one marked LP with a diameter of 11 mm and the other marked HP with a diameter of 14 mm), but due to the design, the hose will only fit one LP port (with a diameter of 11 mm). This means that there is no risk of connecting the A/C FIX kit to the wrong port.

SAFETY MEASURES

Danger. Highly flammable gas. Contains gas under pressure; may explode if heated. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. No smoking.
