Directions for use:

1. To create a smooth surface, apply the pollen with a cotton bud or finger onto the cured top without a dispersion layer. Gently remove excess product with a soft bristle brush. Cover all over with a top coat and cure in a UV/LED lamp.
2. For a glittery surface, apply on top of the top coat with dispersion layer.
